Individual or Couples Therapeutic Consultations
Whether you’re an individual or a couple trying to make sense of the chaos caused by sex addiction or betrayal trauma, a focused consultation with Tina Wehner, MTSC, LCMHCS, CSAT-S, CPTT-S, CCBRT, CHFP, can help you understand what’s really happening and what to do next.

How Tina's Training Can Support Your Healing
When you’re walking through the pain of addiction or betrayal, you want a therapist who truly understands both the science of recovery and the heart of restoration. Tina’s credentials show her dedication to providing expert, evidence-based, and hope-filled care.
MTSC – Master of Theological Studies in Counseling
This degree blends theology and psychology, grounding Tina’s work in both spiritual and clinical principles. It reflects her ability to integrate faith and mental health in a way that honors each client’s beliefs while maintaining professional, evidence-based care.
LCMHCS – Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
This license designates Tina as a state-certified clinical mental health counselor who is also qualified to supervise other therapists. It recognizes her advanced training, years of clinical experience, and leadership in mentoring emerging clinicians in ethical, effective counseling practice.
CSAT-S – Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, Supervisor
As a CSAT-S, Tina is trained through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP) to treat individuals and couples affected by compulsive sexual behaviors. The “S” indicates she is also an approved supervisor, mentoring other therapists pursuing CSAT certification.
CPTT-S – Certified Partner Trauma Therapist, Supervisor
This certification focuses on helping partners who have experienced betrayal trauma caused by sexual addiction. It means Tina is specifically trained to guide betrayed partners toward safety, stabilization, and healing—and as a supervisor (“S”), she trains and supports other therapists in this specialized field.
CCBRT – Certified Couple Betrayal Recovery Therapist
A Certified Couples Betrayal Recovery Therapist (CCBRT) is specially trained through IITAP to help couples heal after the devastation of infidelity or betrayal. This certification has equipped Tina to understand both the trauma of betrayal and the complex dynamics of rebuilding trust, safety, and intimacy. CCBRT therapists use proven tools and structured recovery models designed specifically for couples in crisis, helping you move from chaos and confusion toward stability, understanding, and renewed connection.
CHFP - Certified Hope & Freedom Practitioner
As President and Executive Director of Hope & Freedom and Head CHFP, Tina has completed advanced training through the Hope & Freedom Institute to facilitate 3-Day Intensives for individuals and couples dealing with sex addiction and betrayal trauma. This certification combines intensive therapy methods with clinical expertise and compassionate, structured healing.
What's Going on Here? How Do We Move Forward? What's the Right Next Step?
When your relationship has been shaken by sexual betrayal or problematic sexual behaviors (PSB), it can feel impossible to know what’s true, what’s normal, or what’s possible for the future.
You may find yourself asking:
- Is this addiction or something else?
- Can our relationship survive this?
- Why can’t I stop feeling anxious, numb, or angry?
- What kind of help do we actually need?
A therapeutic consultation provides the professional perspective, structure, and insight you need to make informed decisions about your next steps.

The Way Forward Is Clear
